Injection
We manufacture standardized plastic parts using ISO Type 1A molds, ideal for mechanical characterization, prototyping, and performance evaluation. Our injection molding process is fully adaptable to a wide range of materials, with parameters optimized according to their rheological and thermal behavior.
Our equipment complies with ISO 294 and ISO 527 standards for specimen production.
Low-Volume Milling
We provide small-scale size reduction of plastic materials for reuse, reformulation, or preliminary analysis. While not intended for precision grinding, our milling process delivers a suitable particle size for compounding, testing, or further processing.
A 7.5 kW blade mill allows efficient grinding of various polymer types in low-volume batches.
