
RHDG 647
RHDG 647 is a flow modifier designed to increase the melt flow index (MFI) of polypropylene, facilitating processing via injection molding and other applications requiring materials with higher flowability.
It enables the transformation of low-flow PP—including materials originally intended for extrusion processes such as BOPP films—into materials suitable for high-productivity applications and complex geometries.
Ideal for: automotive components, high-performance technical parts, consumer products with complex designs, and molded packaging systems.

Increase in melt flow index
RHDG 647 increases the melt flow index (MFI) of polypropylene, improving its processability as the additive concentration increases.
Performance was evaluated using PP 4100N with RHDG 647 concentrations of 0%, 2%, and 5%, under standard conditions of 230°C and 2.16 kg. The results demonstrate the additive's effect on the material's flowability.
